When I turn my computer on, it loads as normal upto the windows splash screen, then a blue screen appears for a split seccond then it just restarts again. I've tried starting in safe mode and everything else, but the same thing happens. I also have a windows cd but it just seems to have no effect... any ideas?

'Last known good configuration' instead of safe mode.

You may need to go into the BIOS to get the machine to boot from CD.

Then do a repair install:

I cant seem to get into the bios?
I can press f2 and get into something that looks similar, but only has the tabs of main, advances, security and exit. None of which contain anything to do with booting?

What make / model is your machine?

What's under main / advanced? Anything like boot options?
