Windows xp Home...where are the settings tab on the start menu ?

Settings doesn't exist in XP. It used to contain the likes of Control Panel, Printers etc. These are all separate on the XP Start menu.

Rubbish - I have a Settings entry on my XP Start menu, and always have had. Try switching to the *Classic View* and see if it appears then.
