Star,Tech info safe 2.5 drive enclosure

Bought this Startech 2.5 drive enclosure. Fitted a Hitachi Travelstar 100gb drive. According to the instructions it should be formatted in FAT 32. Im using win XP home on my laptop and cant see how to format using this fat 32, as a 100gb drive wants to format in NTFS
The cd that came with the unit runs but wants to install win 98 drivers but obviously cant on win XP.
The idea was to replace the existing 60gb drive on the laptop with this Hitachi 100gb and keep the other drive as back up.
Could one of you genius,is run me through the best way to do this. i do have a win 98 cd if required.

As you are using XP, I would go ahead and format the drive in NTFS anyway, regardless of the instruction.

Assuming your drive enclosure connects via USB, you should not need to use the CD which came with the drive.
