Start Up Problems

When i want to start up my other pc, I keep getting an error message saying SYSTEM32 file is corrupt, will not start in safemode, its Windows XP Home Edition and I have not got the start up disk any suggestions guys?!

Start/Run type sfc /scannow load your XP disk when asked.
