It may be from a programme that you have installed and later uninstalled but is still showing up in Startup. What is the name of the .dll file?

appdata/local/conduit/background container/background container.dll

Could be that your security software has removed Conduit. Run Ccleaner if you have it. It should remove the orphaned .dll files.

You have or have had a virus that has not been completely removed. Click Here for the solution from Microsoft forum
