Can anyone PLEASe HELP me to stop a "error message" coming up whenever I boot up?

I keep getting an error message as follows, whenever I start up Windows XP. This was AFTER I got rid of a Virus as advised by Norton Symantic!!

The message reads:- "Windows cannot find`c:\windows\system32\cabchk32.exe`

Can anyone tell me how to stop this message coming up when I log on to my computer?? Many thanks to anyone who responds.
