Start-up Error, please help.

Can anybody explain the following error message I am receiving on booth-up. I receive a message titled,

"LV HID Service, lvhidsvc.exe application error. The insruction at 0x7c91888f referenced memory at 0x00724000, the memory could not be read"
Click o.k to terminate or cancel to debug.

When I terminate there are no adverse effects and booth up continues. If I click to debug, nothing either. This happens on every booth-up and I do not remember making any significant changes to my P.C recently. Any help would be appreciated.

Very interesting as I AM using a lifeview T.V card. I keep all my anti-spyware, firewall and anti-virus software up to date and run regular scans. My system is clean so I presume te error is actually to do the T.V card. Do I presume correct. P.S Thanks for that alan227.
