Standalone WYSIWYG Editor Needed

I am looking at doing some 'quick and dirty' web design for a project at work. I use a combination of Frontpage and Dreamweaver at home (no doubt frowned upon by those in the business, but they work for me!) but the problem at work comes from the fact that our corporate administrators will not let us install any software on our workstation PCs, and obviously I'd rather do my project whilst being paid for it than in my own free time!

An idea for a workaround came to me as I have a trusty old USB flash disk which I can use on the work computers without any problem - so I was wondering if anybody knew of a standalone WYSIWYG editor which I could run directly from the data stick without having to install it locally?

I haven't the time or inclination to learn HTML enough to be able to create webpages in a text editor, so any advice which avoids that suggestion will be gratefully received!

Cheers.
