SSD drive not intitialising in dos or windows

Hi all. I have a crucial m4 256gb ssd running on Windows 7 64. It has suddenly decided not to work. The first issue is when the computer comes on the Marvell controller text freezes for 1 minute then says no drives detected. Whilst on the 6gb slot this happens, however on the sata2 slot it pics it up in dos, but won't initialize in windows via disk management (says i/o error). Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance

It look like a dead drive. Have a look at Crucial's reply here.
