Spywareblaster Update Available for those that use it.

Just wondered in this day and age whether we still need to use a program like this. I would imagine most up to date Anti-Virus and Anti- Malware programs would automatically find those sort of problems. What do you think.

I think it is worth keeping. It prevents nasties from infecting rather than removing after infection.

VoG™. It is just that I have been using it for so long now I was sort of wondering if there were anything else that was even better nowadays. I was thinking along the lines of maybe time to remove it but better being safe than sorry I suppose.

I think Spywareblaster is still an excellent program. Before I installed it my firewall used to stop many dozens of suspicious incursions every day. But since using Spywareblaster that number dropped to virtually zero.
