hi is it safe to have spyware terminator and malwarebytes both running in real time or should i only have one of them running

There really is no point in running two real-time anti malware progs, at best it's a drain on resources at worst they may clash.
If you've paid for the full malwarebytes package with real-time cover then you're protected and running SpywareTerminator as well is overkill.
If you haven't paid for the full MalwareBytes, then the freebie is only a scanner that has no real time cover and can be used as a backup to SpywareTerminator if you really feel the need.
