Spyware problem

I have cleaned out both of my PC's the one runing XP Home has a problem that I can't shift.
The IE browser loads a web page that doesn't exist i.e. click here .This is also responsible for putting websites in favourites.
It was picked up by AdAware but I don't seem to be able to shift it.

It is a file extension to C\WINDOWS\system 32\shdoclc that obviously shouldn't be there.

that file is the "Shell Doc Object and control library" file.

I can go in to change the default web browser but it returns with unerring regularity.
Any ideas how to get rid of it ?

Many thanks to you it appears to have solved the problem. You don't realize how much rubbish you collect on the net !!
