Spyware help

Hi, I have just upgraded my office network and had a network built, replacing Norton internet security 2006 with Norton corporate, which I paid a fortune for. Someone in my office has been on a questionable site and at 4.38pm a load of ads and spyware infected one of the pcs, all at the sametime. I have downloaded ad aware to remove them and want to know how have they got past Norton corporate, would they have got past Norton internet security and anything else I should do? I have also used system restore on the infected computer. Please help

Like the old yokel said when asked how to get to a place 'I wouldn't start from here. I use AVG, SpySweeper, Spyware Doctor, SpyBot S&D and Bazooka(from time to time). I personally wouldn't go near Norton. I very, very occasionally get a virus or trojan but AVG or one of the others sorts it out for me, Spysweeper an Spyware Dr work in the background.
