thanks for info.ive d/loaded it but when i open up spydoctor nothin works well hasnt since dloaded 1/2 hr ago, nothin responding. it just says system staus, checking and nothin else. Is this normal??? how long would prog normally take.

Nortons has identified it as spyware project 2009 and says its has removed it but it aint its still comes back, so was just wondering if this spydoctor is working or not
