This is a valid Windows file and its deletion may cripple many programs or prevent them from working.

"SpySweeper is killing a system32 DLL (dbghelp.dll).
dbghelp.dll is used by almost all programs... Exchange ESM will stop working, mail flow maybe affected, integrated setup will not displays components, exchange setup will fail, and others..."

Suggest users contact SpySweeper Customer Support if problems are encountered.

The Webroot Spysweeper page that comes up for me says that the latest version of Spysweeper is 4.5.7(Build656).

I am running this version of Spysweeper, and my computer has on it dbghelp.dll, in C:\Windows\system32, and in C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386.

I thought I'd better post an update on this.

The original information did come from a legitimate source... however it seems to have been an isolated incident and subsequent testing has shown that this file is not deleted.
If you use Spysweeper... which is an excellent program by the way... it may be an idea to keep a back up of this file 'just in case'.
