spray paint for laptop lid

hi i have a acer laptop which has a scratched lid 2 questions 1)i have some spare car spray paint would it be ok
2)there is one deep scratch, what is the best filler to use the scratch is about 12mm long thanks Chippy

It will react with Plastic, Why not use some stick on Fablon from Wilkinsons

i am not selling the laptop it's just got scratched i used to make wooden toys (when i was not busy at the shopfitting) and did a lot of spraying i thought perhaps someone had tried to spray one and what paint they used, when i built the areoplane kits plastic was painted quite succsessfully thanks again Chippy
