I've got an HP930c attached to USB port. I'm using Windows ME and MS Publisher. When I try to print I get the following message: "spool32 has caused an error in GDI.EXE Spool32 will now close. Try restarting the computer. Despite doing this, I still get the same message.
Can anyone help?

Worth a try...if same as HP 5652

Go into printer properties, details, spool settings, click print directly to printer, ok.

I assume this will bypass spooling bit.
