Spider Solitaire

I am running windows xp home and am unable to play the above game which is my wifes favourite. When we try and play it all we get is the box where the level of difficulty is selected and nothing else. It makes no difference what level is selected the game will not appear. Has anybody got any suggestions as to how this minor but irritating problem can be fixed.

go into Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs. When that screen
comes up, click the Add/Remove Windows Components in the left pane. Then
with Accessories and Utilities highlighted, click the Details button at the
bottom. On the next screen, highlight (single-click) Games, then the
Details button again. Remove the check mark from Spider Solitare (last
entry), then OK your way out and Windows XP will remove it. Do the same
procedure again (Add/Remove Windows Components, etc.) and install again.

Might be better to remove and re-instal all Games.
