specified path does not exist

I have just downloaded Talk Talk Super Safe Boost, but when I click on the desktop icon I get an error message:

"D:\Program Files (x86) Talk Talk\Security\Trigger.exe The specified path does not exist. Check the path, and then try again"

This has happened on other occasions also. Please explain in plain english how I can correct this problem.

Many thanks.

I would think you have installed it to the incorrect location which you would have had to change during the install process. As Jock1e says you probably installed it to the external hard drive instead of the internal "C" drive. The external drive is probably not now connected. Try connecting it and trying to run the program.I would then uninstall the program and re-install on the "C" drive.
