Spam to "Nildram" email

I am getting absolutely bombarded by spam to my Nildram email address. Most of the addresses sent to are a list of consecutive Nildram addresses, eg [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected] etc: Does this mean Nildram have "sold" on their email addresses? If so it is very questionable practice and other than dumping them (broadband provider) can anyone suggest a solution.

Someone might have just guessed or generated long lists of random addresses and yours was one.

Here's another example just received [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]
