Im am spammed to the hilt although I add all spams to my Norton anti-ad bloc I still get some span time after time. Now some are freezing my internet explorer on launching......the only way I can esc is by going thru ctrl+alt+del route then re-launching.....can any one help to stop spams that cause freezing and check where any are forming on my system......also how to do a system check for them.....I have gone thru the normal channel of searching files/folders for the spam name on my system.....one spam is called "congratulations"

You might want to try a programme called MailWasher - I know quite a lot of forum members use it. With this programme you see the email headers on the server and can delete them, and bounce them back if you want. If you're not sure if it's spam you can preview the message. You can then download only the ones you want. It's available from click here

It's free to download and you can pay for it if you want to - it's up to you.
