spam filtering

anyone recommend a good spam filter, preferably one which integrates with the email client, such as maybe Email Protect from Contentwatch Inc. (link below) - anyone used this one, or recommend another?

Spampal - a freeware email filtering prog. Works with XP too. I've always had trouble with Mailwasher in XP. Kept saying "This is not a valid Win32 application" every time I tried to install it...

thanks guys, I have tried Mailwasher. It's good, but not free or the free version is limited to one email address.

I'll certainly investigate the Spampal though...
