*** SPAM *** in an Email Subject

Anyone noticed this on Freeserve/Wanadoo...

The subject of the email is altered if their filter "thinks" that the email is *** SPAM ***

Took me about a month to figure that out by the way.

Question: Can it be turned off?

Don't know if it can be turned off or not (try Wanadoo for that!!) but it is something that has been around for a while. Other ISPs did use [AD] to indicate something was an advert.

Personally I don't see it really having any value since the rest of the subject will normally be enough of an indication as to the usefulness of the message.

I want it turned of because I don't want to edit all me message rules......If I can avoid it.

Took ages to setup nicely.
