Is spam blacklisting still worth it?

When I first started blacklisting spam, it seemed to reduce the quantity, but I don't know if it still does. Do spammers use the same sender's address more than once any more?

The amount I get is still manageable, and I find it more efficient to blacklist & delete manually. So if it's no longer worth blacklisting, it would save a little time.

Shouldn't bother. Spammers rarely use the same address twice. Or a genuine one for that.

Thanks Paul - I won't bother now, I'll just delete them (plus the contents of my blacklist, by now extremely lengthy!)
