Spam based on EBay listings?

I get a lot of the usual spam emails but some of them contain words in the title that relate to my address, or a relative's name, or a word on an Ebay listing that I've just made. Some of the names could be coincidence but some of the Ebay words are so unusual that there must be a connection. Could something on my computer be broadcasting key words to a spammer? My computer is also slower than I'd expect for the spec but XP SP2 is fully updated, Norton Anti Virus is fully updated, I'm running MS Antispyware and regulaly sweeping with Adaware and Spybot. I'm listing on EBay using Turbolister. Any ideas?
