Source for SATA to IDE Convertor

In the easy days you could connect a IDE ATA HDD as a secondary HDD on the ATA Cable but how about if its a SATA HDD and I need to try and get data of by connecting to a ATA Cable. Does one exhist ?

I have used them as a matter of fact. Just the once but they are VERY helpful with any sort of USB problems if you get stuck.

If you haven't already ordered, I've bought one on budget for 99p off eBay, OK it's a cheap thing, but it's quick and works everytime.
