I have a virus which I am trying to clean but I cannot quarantine or delete the temp file that is infected.

When I try to do I get told that my access is denied due the file being used by the Source File which is running.

I have not idea what the sousce file is or how to find it?

The infected file: C\_Restore\Temp\A0295207.CPY

you havent mentioned which OS you're using or which anti-virus program.(or which virus)

im only guessing but i reckon its within 'system restore' which cant be accessed by some may need to disable the 'system restore' function to deal with it.

once disabled 'system restore' will lose all previous restore points.

wait for a few more opinions first.(you should of mentioned 'virus' in the title, you may of got more response)

You need to disable System Restore, run anti-virus, then re-enable System Restore click here

NOTE: this will delete all of your existing restore points.
