Soundblaster Audigy Problem

  dstarr78 21:01 28 Aug 03

My sound was working fine a few hours ago, then I log in and try to start playing music and notice that I can't hear any sound.

I make sure all sound connectors are in place and still no sound.

I then go to reinstall the drivers and I get a "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37)" error.

I then check to see whether the sound card is correctly and firmly in place inside the computer and after trying again, I still get the same error.

Then I change the soundcard into a different PCI slot, and I still get the same error.

Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

Forgive me - I just installed some newer drivers, and that seemed to fix it :)
