Latest version is 9.0c - your sound card will support it without any problems.

If you any doubts just run the DirectX tests..:-)

I downloaded 9.0c when it came out recently and life has carried on as normal with my SoundBlaster Live!

Thunder died down a bit, reason i ask stuartli is a game i'm trying to play keeps crashing and after numerous emails from tdk (game manufacturer) they basically say that my souncard is the problem and that it only supports direct x 5 and below, realising i'm being fobbed off i wanted to be certain, i also use dx 9.0c (downloaded the other day) and it passes all tests with flying colours. they also say my card went out of production in 2002, i only bought it 5 months ago.
