Sound card sampling rate

Hi Guys, probably a naff question, but how do I find out the sampling rate on my Toshiba A210-1AS laptop? I run a decode program which requires a 44KHz sampling rate, main PC has a Soundblaster Live 24 card on which I can select 48K or 96K, neither of which is of use, so operations have shifted to the laptop. Unless anyone knows if 44K can be set on the Soundblaster?

In Vista, Start Button, Cotrol Panel, Sound Icon, Click Recordig Tab, Click on Your Default Record Device to Hi-Lite it(Mines Realtek Digital Input, Click Properties, Advanced Tab, Then Select Sample Rate (Mine has 4, all 2 Channel 16 bit 44100 Hz, 48000 HZ, 96000 Hz & 192000 Hz.
