Hello all,I am considering buying the Sony Micro Vault pro usd5g - 5GB USB storage device for £113.00 from dabs.com. Do you all think this is a good investment.i will use it as a memory stick, and also to back up my PC, instead of using a DVD.Do you think it is better to go for a 1.0Gb Sandisk Cruzer flash drive, which I purchased for £30.00. however, I will have to still use DVD's to back up then.Thank you Very MuchShamil Karia
Amazon.co.uk: ATMT 3.5" 300GB External Hard Drive, Memory Card Reader & USB2 Hub With USB2, Silver/Black: Electronics & Photoclick hereI'd suggest something like this for backing up; you then have your 1Gb drive for transporting smaller files etc.
Thanks for the speedy reply. I want something which I can abck up onto and tran sport around. Hence either a falsh drive or the sonyt one above.Any ideas???Is the one I talked about above any good? Thanks
Fair enough - it's good but you pay a premium for the brand. Still, for portable 5gb it's not bad.Another option might be to buy an MP3 player and have some music on the move!
lol, great idea - but ive already got an ipoddoes anyone else agree - - is it a good investment
