Something is trying to alter my Registry - 2

My apologies for the broken earlier send! I hit the wrong button on Avant browser

I run AdAware and Ad-Watch. Ad-Watch runs continuously in the background and itercepts a fair proportion of the tracking cookies and suchlike that tries to infest my PC.
However, tonight I have discovered that the little System Tray icon for Ad-Watch is flickering like something demented.

The 'Event Log' tells me that a Registry Modification has bene detected. The Regsistry position is

Root: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Value: uhjxbm
Data:
New Data: C:\WINDOWS\windows\system32\rwwthqq\uxjxbm.exe.

At the time of sending, Ad-Watch tells me that it has monitored 690,000 attempts at Registry modification.

I have attemtpted to delete the folder and file named above, but am unable to access them. The file is not marked S or H in it's attributes listing.

I have not installed any recent software.

Does anyone know what is causing this problem and how I man get rid of it?
