Hello Wizards,

My friend's internet provider is AOL and she uses an AOL e-mail address. Someone has obviously got access to her e-mail contacts and is sending e-mails to them without her knowledge. Is there a simple way to stop this?

It sounds as if some malware has got onto her PC. Does she have a firewall and antivirus and most importantly does she keep them up to date and scan her PC with the antivirus regularly?
