Hi. some keys in my wireless Microsoft keyboard stop working a few days ago (on the top the numbers 1-2-3 and 4. At the bottom the letters z-x-c and v . Any idea what the problem is?. Thanks

A circuit board fault probably

These things are simple to dismantle' but really not worth the trouble.

They are so cheap now,wireless or vUSB. Amazon,Morgan computers,eBay

£10 plus shipping should do it.

Yes, not worth the effort unless you know what you are doing. Just to make sure try it in a friends computer, it won't do it any harm.

Sounds as if it could be a small moisture splash, maybe. I agree a replacement is indicated.

Just get another keyboard the're cheap,then if you fancy it take the old one to pieces and try to repair it if your successful you have a spare.I have a spare keyboard just in case of mishaps anyway
