Software to play high definition video

  nerawan 13:39 13 Apr 09

Hi. I have been travelling and I need to watch some video from my H.D panasonic camera. It came with a c.D. but I don't have it with me. Can someone recomend a free and easy software to play this kind of video?....Thanks

Installing the K-Lite Full Codecs Pack enables playback of virtually any video and audio codecs requirements. See:

If you do install it, from the initial drop down menu select Lots of things (or similar wording) with or without the Windows Classic Media Player.

The player normally enables most video to be shown if you haven't already got it.

Not free and sometimes painful to install but Roxo Creator 2009 claims to deal with HD and many other things. I think they also sell bits of the suite - I mainly use it for disk management and music editing.Worth a visit to their website.
