Small rectangle for IE

I am sure there is a simple answer to this. Every time I open up IE it appears as a 3 X 6cm rectangle towards the top left hand side of the desktop. I have to open it up every time. How can I get it to open up fully open like it normally does?

Move your mouse cursor to the edge of the rectangle until it changes to double headed arrow then drag it upto the edge of your screen in both vertical and horizontal directions , IE should now take up the whole screen.Next close IE down , next time you open it it should be fullscreen.
