Slow Windows Startup

Been having this problem for a while now, when Windows boots up, I take a look in my process running about 50 processes, and my user name doesnt appear in my user name and I sometimes get a %100 Cpu Useage and it takes a while to open a programe at this point, what is the course of this??

the chkdsk command I think that you enter in run then you got restart the computer to allow to check your hard drive

I just have firewall and AV running by default and run the others as & when I get bored.

To run check disk,open my computer right click the hard drive,select properties/tools and then the check now button,it will probably say it cant do it and offer to at the next reboot click yes for this and reboot.
