Slow boot up due to error messages

I have just fitted a new 60GB WD Caviar harddisk in place of a damaged Maxtor. During boot uo I am getting several messages which appear to be about"Microsoft Network". Each one relates to a "device driver?" which the system.ini or windows registry cannot find. The files named are:- vnetsup.vxd, vredir.vxd and dfs.vxd
The result is that "dynamic link library" cannot be loaded due to missing msnp32.dll file!?

What have I done wrong and is there an obvious fix?

Any help would be appreciated.

I did a complete reinstall of Windows 98SE from the cdrom, but the problem recurred.

Thanks VoG, I used the link and managed to download the .dll file to cure that part of the problem.
I'm still left with the three .vxd messages, the last of which delays start up by about 20-30 seconds!
Anymore tips for me?

My knowledge is gradually improving, I hope!!
