Windows XP SP,3 Windows updates and Security updates all up to date.
Registry cleaned and de-fraged using Ashampoo WinOptomiser 3.
Start up at Boot has been reduced to those I need which are very few and those which I am advised must run at boot up.

My boot takes 4.5 minutes, this seems quite a long time, is it?
AMD Athlon 64, 3200+ (2.0 Hhz) 1GHz RAM, about 20 GHz on disc space available, Nvidia GeForce FX5500 Graphic card.
