Sloooow printing

One of my flock has this problem with Win7 I guess all to do with spooler memory allocation Is this so? what is the remedy please.

There could be so many reasons for this. What is being printed? Some pdf files do print slowly for example. What is the printer, how much memory of its own does it have, does it have the right W7 drivers? Is it 32 or 64 bit? How much RAM does the pc have?
