Slave HDD - "Jumpering"

I am installing a slave hdd. Just wondering the correct arrangement for the pnis at the back so that it is set up as a slave please.

On most HDD's There should be a little diagram showing you, You don't say what make but in some cases no jumpers are needed at all for a slave drive.

There should be marking etched on the metal just above the pins. Telling what position to put the jumper in. You'll be looking for the mark 'SL' I think.

its a maxtor fireball 3, 30gb. there are no etchings on it either
