Sky + planner recordings.

Hello Ladies and Gents

I have recently experienced the following problem. My sky + planner recordings (scheduled) don't record anymore. The reason indicated is "Clashed", this appears even when there is only one scheduled recording (and the tv is switched off!

The system is about a year old, and I will be contacting sky later this afternoon, but thought to check and see if anybody else has encountered this problem?

Anybody know about this?

You could try a "Reset" first.

Switch off at the mains and unplug for one minute.

The system will then re-boot (all settings and recordings retained).

This cures all sorts of apparently unrelated things with Sky+

You may be fortunate.

Ten to one this is what Sky will tell you to do anyway!

It seems to be working fine. Now to find the repeat of supernatural that i missed on sunday.
