Due to conflict issues, i need to change the IP Address of my Sky Broadband to 192.168.1.1 instead of it's current .0.1 , however it seems to go horribly wrong every time I try!

A) is this possible?

B) If so, could someone tell me step by step how i can change it?

Thanks

That doesn't work, the following message appears:

"DHCP Server starting or ending IP address not in LAN IP Address subnet"

Managed to fix it ... I changed my IP Address to 192.168.1.1 but ALSO changing subnet mask to 255.255.254.0.

Thanks guys
