I already have a working networking WIRED hub and cables in place.

I now need 2 network cards and then I need to configure the PC's.

The main PC is on WIN 98 se.
second PC is on WIN ME
3rd PC is a laptop with Win 98se (PCMI network card fitted)

I want the main PC to remain the main PC on the network.

Whats next please?!!

Can I use the WIN ME networking wizard which is easy enough to follow and then use the ME wizards floppy disk to configure the other two PC's?

Help ?

I can use the XP network wizard onwin 98 so I should imagine you can use the ME wizard.

Just for the record - there is no "main" PC in a peer-to-peer network - all are created equal.

Personally, I never use any wizards to set up a network.

If you manually configure it, you know exactly where you are.
