simple way to repartition fat 32 back to fat 16

please could anyone tell me an easy solution for my windows 98 problem.
i accidently changed to fat32 and want to go back to fat 16.but i need an easy explaination please

can' see why you would want to go back as FAT16 is double naff but here is a good explanation....click here

with fat16 your usually limited to only 2-3g of space - so i would definitely not recommed converting back - especially if you have a nice 40g hard drive

Just to support the others - there is absolutely no reason why you could need to go back to FAT16. It has no advantages, only disadvantages.
