Hello

Im wondering if anyone can help?

I have a panasonic freeview box and moved into my new home @ easter - it worked fine at my previous property but at my new house I can only get certain channels through it and certains channels I cant get at all.

Sometimes helps if I move it slightly. I think the previous owner had sky/digital I dont know if this is causing a problem.

Any suggestions would help as its driving me crazy!

Thanks

Kat

The most likely explanations are you are either in an area with poor coverage or the aerial is not good enough and needs to be resited or renewed.
External aerials are meant to provide a better signal. If you have an internal aerial its well worth checking that its positioned properly.

Check aerial & cabling, perhaps neighbours can shed more light on reception and signal strenght and quality.

Also check that aerial coaxial cable is away from power supply and other cables.
