Having a lot of trouble with my PC freezing at the mo - I've cleaned the heatsinks, fans etc inside and I have run antivirus / spyware pogs endlessly so I'm fairly sure they are not the cause. Freezes can occur a few times in an evening or not at all for a few days. I'm running Vista and I brought up the sidebar yesterday, and after about 10 secs of fiddling with the gadgets got the dreaded BSOD. Rebooted and the PC froze within seconds of starting. Has anyone experienced any freezes caused by 'gadgets' in the sidebar (I'm thinking conflicts, false updates etc), and if not is it possible / likely or should I be looking elsewhere for the problem? Any and all help gratefully received thanks.
