Shutting Down Problem

  Yimbo 14:17 17 Feb 09

After clicking "Turn Off" on my XP(Home) machine, I get the following message: "The Instruction at "0x00c864c0" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate programme." An "End Programme Now" box appears behind the above message.
I'd appreciate any help in identifying this problem - and, of course, in resolving it. Thanks!

Does anyone know what this problem is about? Thanks

What program is not responding should say on the END now message?

The non-responding program appears to be "My Pictures"! What would cause a program llke this to behave in this way? Any ideas?
