Shutdown Windows Millenium from a batch file

Is there a command line (that can be incorporated ito a batch file) that will shutdown Windows Millenium

c:\windows\rundll32.exe user,exitwindows

An alternate command is:

rundll32.exe shell32.dll,SHExitWindowsEx 1

So if the first doesn't work, try the second.

Good luck...

*note* you need the 'exit' line at the end, or Windows might not shutdown because of the running command prompt.
