shutdown programs in system tray and restart

What i want to do is shutdown programs in system tray to speed up PC whilst playing games and then be able to restart them after, with as few clicks as possible?
Can this be done? point me in the right direction please.

Ctrl+Alt+Delete process tab, select what you want to stop, click end process

If xp go to run type msconfig then select startup and you can untick any programs you do not want running at start up.

I want to have them running most of the time just need to turn them off during gaming to speed up PC(1400 amd)

right click on the items you have in the systray should give you the option to close or open them
